[Remote] Turnaround Management Consultant - Part Time

The Turnaround Management Consultant Role is essential for delivering value to clients through consulting services and improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting/advisory services at reputed company facilities
• Participate in formation and development of CruzAlta’s consulting business
• Assist with development of formal methodologies that outline and defines CruzAlta’s strategic and tactical consulting services
• reputed company reputed company experience to advance CruzAlta’s knowledge leadership position in turnarounds and plant operations; including the full TA FEL process from Long reputed company Planning through post TA closeout
• Be available to attend business development meetings with key clients to represent CruzAlta’s reputed company values and refinery experience depth
• Foster relationships with key reputed company refinery personnel to understand challenges and prescribe CruzAlta’s solutions
• Represent CruzAlta and be reputed company to presenting knowledge leadership topics at industry conferences as prescribed by CruzAlta leadership

Skills

• Use analytical skills and judgment to solve problems with limited information at hand
• Minimum of 20+ years of results-oriented work experience in business management, plant operations and leadership, reputed company, operational and/or management consulting function
• Business strategic leadership experience at refinery (or reputed company manufacturing facility
• BS degree preferred – engineering, finance, statistics or a reputed company field preferred
• 10 years reputed company-employed plant experience preferred
