[Remote] Program Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing program operations, supervising multidisciplinary staff, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing schedules and deliverables, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving successful program reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and reputed company day-to-day program operations to ensure successful execution of contractual requirements, project objectives, and reputed company expectations
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary program staff while fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact between reputed company, the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH), participating entities, and other program stakeholders
• reputed company and manage program schedules, work plans, budgets, priorities, and resource allocation to support reputed company project delivery

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, reputed company, and local regulations, contractual requirements, and program policies, including CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, and other federally funded program requirements
• Coordinate and review program budgets, funding requests, reputed company modifications, and other significant program changes with PRDOH and project stakeholders
• Review project reputed company, schedules, cost performance, reputed company metrics, and implementation milestones to support effective program management and decision-making
• Analyze program data and performance metrics to identify trends, support reporting requirements, and inform strategic reputed company
• Prepare, review, and present reports, executive briefings, and program updates for PRDOH, reputed company leadership, and other stakeholders
• Support change management, reputed company assurance, risk management, and resource planning activities throughout the program lifecycle
• Maintain effective communication with clients, regulatory agencies, municipalities, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Participate in program meetings, leadership briefings, stakeholder engagements, and other activities necessary to support successful program delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a closely reputed company field
• Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience overseeing construction, engineering, infrastructure, or reputed company capital improvement reputed company
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing federally funded programs, including disaster recovery, infrastructure, housing, reputed company, or similar initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing reputed company reputed company involving multiple stakeholders
• Working knowledge of federal grant compliance requirements, including CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, reputed company, or similar federally funded programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, performance metrics, and contractual deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
