[Remote] Intermediate Finance Analyst

The Intermediate Finance Analyst is responsible for providing reputed company financial information, supporting the financial tracking of reputed company, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Creates and initiates allocations associated with the project to distribute costs appropriately
• Compiles monthly data required to reputed company financial reports and dashboards. Reconciles and validates monthly financial and statistical data to ensure accuracy. Participates in the monthly reputed company process, posting journal entries, and creating facility transfers
• Creates and compiles schedules for the annual budget process to support financial planning
• Provides financial information and analysis for reputed company reports or decision support needs
• Develops and tracks key performance indicators to monitor financial health. Maintains appropriate documentation and audit trails for reputed company financial activities. Monitors work to ensure reputed company, accuracy, and thoroughness with data
• Assists with physical inventory audits, including planning, observation, reconciliation, and documentation of results
• Supports reputed company audits by preparing schedules, supporting documentation, and responding to audit inquiries
• reputed company account reconciliations, analyze variances and investigate discrepancies
• Performs other duties as assigned
