Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and reputed company financial reports for operational and executive stakeholders
• Analyze reputed company, costs, margins, labor, and operational performance metrics
• Assist in the monthly reporting cycle, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-period results
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational data analysis
• Support the development and enhancement of management reporting packs and dashboards

• Partner with operational leaders to understand reporting requirements and business drivers
• Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure consistency across data sources
• Assist with the tracking and analysis of workforce, productivity, utilization, and service delivery metrics
• Support operational reviews by providing reputed company financial insights and analysis
• Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems
• Improve existing reporting processes through automation and standardization where possible

Skills
