Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company-deployed implementation and reputed company reputed company, spending multiple days per week onsite at assigned reputed company locations
• Own post-sale delivery: workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption across nursing and clinical operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company staff, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams, acting as a trusted advisor and execution partner
• reputed company product implementations, focusing on aligning solutions with nursing workflows and operational processes
• Train nursing teams and other reputed company staff on the effective use of reputed company solutions, ensuring ongoing adoption and measurable, sustained reputed company
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient care reputed company using AI tools, particularly in bedside care and broader reputed company operations
• Manage day-to-day reputed company relationships, ensuring seamless communication and addressing operational concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, and engineering to reputed company reputed company feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and improve user experiences

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required
• 5+ years of health systems experience, including reputed company, account management, or project management
• Experience leading reputed company, onsite implementations in clinical or operational reputed company environments
• Exceptional relationship-building skills across an organization, from reputed company-line staff to executives
• Strong understanding of the reputed company industry, specifically clinical workflows and reputed company regulatory requirements
