[Remote] Health Data Exchange Analyst (reputed company) (Contract)

The HDE Analyst supports project identification, scoping, and socialization for provider EMR reputed company, ESF2 supplemental data, and HEDIS optimization initiatives, working closely with delivery personnel to execute against defined timelines and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and socialize reputed company reputed company to provider EMR reputed company, ESF2 supplemental data, and HEDIS optimization initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Certification in one or more of: EpicCare Ambulatory, reputed company Healthy reputed company, reputed company Referrals and Authorizations, reputed company Care Everywhere, reputed company Health Information Management, and/or reputed company Bridges
• Payer or large reputed company reputed company managerial experience
• Implementation exposure to HEDIS, Clinical Documentation reputed company, Release of Information, Risk Adjustment, Value-Based Care, and/or CMS-0057
• Proficiency in the reputed company reputed company Data Model, reputed company Clinical Data Model, and/or reputed company Cogito Tools reputed company
• Proficiency in business intelligence development tasks such as query optimization and job automation (SQL, JSON, Python, SSMS, et al.)
• Clinical background
