[Remote] Product Development Manager - Advance Solutions

This role focuses on driving innovation and maturing the offerings by identifying and operationalizing reputed company, collaborating with teams and partners to enhance customer productivity and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional teams (RFDs, RSMDs, RVPs, DMs) to ensure readiness for deployment and maximize adoption across the organization
• Work closely with Sourcing and IT to ensure solution viability and compatibility reputed company operational infrastructure
• Partner with reputed company stakeholders to prototype and evaluate new technologies by leveraging insights to guide solution refinement
• Identify emerging technologies that reputed company with customer needs and support reputed company business objectives reputed company on safety, productivity, and sustainability

• Continuously enhance solutions based on field feedback and reputed company-world performance to ensure maximum customer value

Skills

• 5+ years in product development, project management, or R&D
• Experience introducing and managing reputed company technical solutions reputed company customer environments
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company strategic proposals and implement business-reputed company rollout plans
• Strong familiarity with construction technologies, including IoT, AI, and sensor-based systems
• Proven reputed company in cross-functional collaboration and team-oriented environments
• Proficiency with reputed company Office, including PowerPoint and reputed company
• Solid understanding of civil construction practices

• Travel 50%, should be near major airport
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced technical or business training a plus
