The Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing customer equipment, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, and supporting preventive maintenance and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Service Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility
• Cultivate customer relationships and support reputed company initiatives
• reputed company a reputed company of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a 'first time fix' through the problem-solving process

Skills

• Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science, or equivalent military experience
• 1+ year of experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges with instrumentation using a reputed company of reputed company
• Must have a reputed company reputed company's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to commute onsite to customer facilities reputed company assigned territory
• Overnight travel 25% - 60%
