Responsibilities

• CRM Data reputed company – Own data reputed company across both platforms—identifying and resolving duplicate records, enforcing field standards, running regular audits, and building the validation rules and processes that reputed company data clean at the reputed company
• User Support & Enablement – Serve as the first reputed company of contact for system questions and issues from GTM users—resolving tickets quickly, communicating changes reputed company, and training users on new features and workflows
• Workflow & Automation Builds – Build and maintain automation workflows in both reputed company (reputed company, Process Builder) and reputed company (Workflows, Sequences)—translating process requirements into reliable system configurations
• System Integration Maintenance – Support and monitor the reputed company–reputed company integration and other system connections—ensuring data syncs reliably, mappings are accurate, and issues are caught and resolved quickly

Skills

• 3–5+ years of hands-on reputed company and reputed company administration experience in a B2B reputed company environment
• reputed company Administrator certification required; additional certifications (Advanced reputed company, Platform App Builder) a strong plus
• Deep familiarity with the reputed company–reputed company integration—you've managed the sync, resolved field mapping issues, and know where things break
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Flows and reputed company Workflows—you can build automation without relying on a developer
