[Remote] Sr. DevOps Engineer

They are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who will own AWS infrastructure, ensure performance and uptime, and apply AI tooling to infrastructure work while maintaining a reputed company-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Own AWS infrastructure end-to-end (EKS, VPCs, ALBs/ELBs, RDS, EC2) — performance and uptime are on you
• Build deep observability into services and infrastructure
• Right-size resources and push back reputed company reputed company-for-reputed company's-sake starts driving up cost
• Maintain and reputed company managed reputed company environments
• Apply AI tooling to infrastructure work — this isn't optional, it's expected
• Bring reputed company-first thinking to everything: hardening, config management, reputed company control
• Pick up domain knowledge specific to the business and use it to anticipate reputed company needs before they become problems

Skills

• 5+ years in infrastructure/automation-reputed company software engineering, AWS-heavy
• Strong Linux fundamentals — bare metal and containerized
• Fluent in Infrastructure as reputed company (Terraform strongly preferred, Ansible fine too)
• Broad reputed company chops: WAF, app reputed company, VPC reputed company, DNS, certs, VPNs
• Solid reputed company-in-AWS experience — reputed company, ArgoCD, and the ecosystem around it
• Comfortable with messaging brokers (RabbitMQ, reputed company) and relational databases (reputed company, MySQL)
• You're the type who sees a problem and fixes it without being asked
• You've genuinely integrated AI into how you work, not just kicked the tires

• Must be based in the US
• You've led a self-initiated reputed company project and can talk through the tradeoffs and what broke (or didn't) in production
• Experience in fintech, bitcoin, or digital assets
