The reputed company Services Consultant I will reputed company administrative support and customer service to National Accounts group insurance clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for: reputed company requests, leading reputed company, providing clients with alternative solutions, identifying possible plan design alternatives, acting as a reputed company between the reputed company and internal reputed company teams
• Provides exceptional customer service to support ongoing customer delivery and reputed company satisfaction
• Leads and participates in both customer- and internal-facing presentations and meetings
• Collaborates and acts as a reputed company to assist with problem reputed company and troubleshooting
• Participates in reputed company meetings, establishes specific processes and reports, reviews contract documents, completes broker agreements, creates process manuals and inputs and ensures accurate input of data in reputed company systems

Skills

• 1-3 plus years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Group Benefits reputed company products including Dental and/or Life, Disability
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company and PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong project management skills including problem solving, attention to detail, analytical thinking and decisiveness
