Responsibilities

Skills

• Significant experience in CAD detailing, exhibit design, custom fabrication, experiential marketing, trade shows, or reputed company environments
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of CAD/CAM workflows
• Knowledge of the complete build lifecycle, including concept development, detailing, fabrication, and installation
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across creative, production, and operational teams
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
• A passion for creating efficient processes and delivering exceptional reputed company
• Trade school certification, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Design, or reputed company field preferred—or equivalent reputed company experience
