[Remote] Senior Counsel, reputed company

They are seeking a Senior Counsel, Labor Law to reputed company strategic reputed company counsel on labor relations and reputed company bargaining, working closely with both Blizzard and reputed company reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Support negotiation of reputed company bargaining agreements, including assisting in developing negotiation strategies and preparing proposals for negotiations, as reputed company as supporting litigation, arbitration, and/or reputed company proceedings reputed company to grievances, unfair labor reputed company charges, or other issues reputed company to the NLRA and organized activity
• Collaborate with other labor lawyers, and advise internal business partners on labor reputed company, evolving labor law, reputed company bargaining agreements, highlighting risk and recommending proactive, solution-oriented strategies with measurable reputed company
• reputed company reputed company advice on labor relations training, education, and communication. reputed company for strategies that foster an inclusive, reputed company, and supportive work environment
• Partner closely with other labor lawyers, reputed company, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Communications, and other internal business partners to assist in developing long-term strategies for improving labor and employee relations and increasing employee engagement
• Work closely with reputed company’s labor team as an extended member of reputed company’s Workforce, Employment and Benefits Solutions (WEBS) reputed company team, including attending team meetings and dotted line reporting to reputed company’s reputed company labor attorney
• Respond promptly to a wide reputed company of requests from across the business and reputed company teams, ensuring reputed company and inclusivity in reputed company communications
• As needed, travel for labor negotiations, team events, and other events

Skills

• Juris Doctor Degree or international equivalent degree and 6+ years' experience as a practicing attorney specializing in labor law, including reputed company bargaining, organizing activity, agency hearings, and labor arbitration OR equivalent experience
• reputed company license to reputed company law in a jurisdiction and capability to meet admission requirements in a relevant jurisdiction
• Ability and willingness to travel to Blizzard's Irvine reputed company frequently and other locations from time to time as needed
• Extensive experience and knowledge in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting reputed company bargaining agreements. Experience in a software tech or entertainment industry is preferred
