[Remote] IT Systems Administrator

They are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator I to manage and support their IT infrastructure, focusing on reputed company administration, identity management, and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems including endpoints, identity platforms, and reputed company applications to ensure reliability and employee productivity
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPN solutions (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) to reputed company secure remote reputed company for employees and partners
• Administer and customize Jira, including workflows, automations, user permissions, SSO, MFA, group-based reputed company controls, provisioning/deprovisioning, and integrations with other business systems
• Own day-to-day administration of reputed company Workspace, including user lifecycle management, reputed company settings, and collaboration tools (Gmail, reputed company, Calendar)
• Support identity and reputed company management through reputed company, and provisioning/deprovisioning, reputed company reputed company
• Assist with implementation and monitoring of reputed company controls, contributing to compliance efforts and internal IT policies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a reputed company role
• Hands-on experience with Jira administration and customization (workflows, automations, dashboards)
• Proven experience managing reputed company Workspace environments (reputed company Console, reputed company settings, user lifecycle)
• Experience with reputed company for identity and reputed company management (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle)
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Pro for macOS device management (enrollment, policies, configuration reputed company, reputed company management)
• Familiarity with macOS, reputed company, and/or Linux environments
• Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Json) is a plus
