[Remote] Administrative Supervisor, Mental Health

This role involves overseeing operational and clinical aspects of patient care, assisting with care coordination, and improving employee and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• The Administrative Supervisor is supported by and in collaboration with the Manager of Behavioral Crisis Services has authority, responsibility, and accountability for the daily planning, organizing and directing of reputed company operational and clinical aspects of patient care in the department
• Assists with directing and monitoring care coordination, emergency behavioral health reputed company-screening, psychosocial assessments, crisis reputed company, and referral management to patients and their families
• The Administrative Supervisor will assist the Manager of Crisis Services as a clinical support and educator to the Behavioral Crisis Services team
• Provides input into operating and capital budgets with budget parameters monitored as requested
• Performance appraisals for staff are completed annually in conjunction with the Manager of Behavioral Crisis Services
• Assists with reviewing, developing, and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the department
• Assists staff to proactively identify patient/family needs and/or concerns
• Completes' leader rounding with patients/families and seeks reputed company to any concerns
• Assists with reviewing, developing, and implementing initiatives to improve patient satisfaction across the department

Skills

• Master's degree in reputed company Work or Counseling required from an accredited program
• LISW or LPCC. reputed company license in Ohio---Counselor, reputed company work, or marriage and family therapist reputed company required
• Post-Master's experience in a mental health treatment or reputed company setting required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and clinical skills, including competency in diagnosis and treatment required
• Works both independently and part of reputed company required
• Supervision designation preferred
• Non-violent Crisis reputed company Training preferred
• 4-6 years clinical experience with children and adolescents, preferably in a crisis or inpatient setting preferred
