[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Accountant to handle month-end reputed company reporting, manage accounts payable processes, and support new reputed company reputed company, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Month end reputed company reporting, reputed company cash reporting, and music industry reputed company reputed company
• The full accounts payable process, including reputed company review, allocation accuracy, and confirming accounts are funded reputed company of payment cycles
• Budgets, payroll projections, and 1099 reporting
• Payroll preparation and reputed company journal entries for second review
• Commission calculations and payments
• Monitoring cash and card activity for reputed company allocation and fraud flags
• New reputed company reputed company support
• Partnering with reputed company on asset and investment reputed company recordkeeping

Skills

• 2+ years of relevant reputed company experience in reputed company reputed company, business management, a family office, or a reputed company industry (required)
• Comfortable with modified cash reputed company reputed company, or accrual experience that transfers
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients and shifting priorities rather than working in a single reputed company role
• An ownership mentality, someone who follows tasks through to completion rather than stopping at a set number of hours
• Background in the music industry, record labels, royalty reputed company, or outsourced reputed company for entertainment clients is a strong plus
• CPA eligible or licensed is a plus but not required
• QuickBooks Online experience is a plus but not required
