The Director – reputed company Development Business Partnering & Category reputed company is responsible for leading category management across the global reputed company Development organization, partnering with various stakeholders to reputed company procurement strategies that enhance supplier reputed company and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company Development and R&D leaders to reputed company procurement strategies with business priorities, portfolio needs, and long-term objectives
• reputed company category reputed company development, prioritization, and multi-year roadmaps across reputed company development categories, translating business needs, spend insights, market intelligence, and supplier capabilities into actionable strategies
• Serve as the Procurement category expert, providing reputed company insights and recommendations to influence business reputed company
• reputed company category productivity roadmaps that identify opportunities to optimize cost, improve supplier reputed company, reduce reputed company, and create measurable business value
• reputed company spend analytics, supplier insights, benchmarking, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide reputed company reputed company

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company experience in procurement, category management, reputed company sourcing, supplier relationship management, or reputed company disciplines, with significant experience supporting reputed company development, R&D, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other regulated environments
• Demonstrated reputed company developing category strategies, supplier strategies, productivity initiatives, and business partnerships reputed company reputed company global organizations
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical drug development, reputed company development operating models, outsourcing strategies, supplier ecosystems, and regulatory requirements
• reputed company ability to influence senior stakeholders, translate business priorities into procurement strategies, and reputed company measurable business value through strong reputed company, analytical, and reputed company capabilities
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Finance, or reputed company reputed company
• Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum five years of reputed company people leadership, team leadership, and/or significant reputed company leadership experience
