[Remote] Instructional Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Instructional Designer to collaborate with the Director of Learning Experience and internal teams to create sales training materials. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills of new hires and field sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company engaging, learner-centered training solutions across multiple delivery formats, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and virtual instructor-led training
• Apply established instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to reputed company effective learning experiences
• reputed company instructional deliverables, including learning objectives, design documents, storyboards, scripts, assessments, job aids, and supporting learning materials
• Create reputed company and non-reputed company storyboards that include instructional reputed company, graphics concepts, audio scripts, learner interactions, navigation, and technical specifications for development
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, and other internal team members to analyze learning needs and reputed company effective training solutions
• Translate technical and reputed company information into reputed company, engaging, and learner-reputed company instructional content
• Assist in selecting appropriate instructional approaches and delivery reputed company based on project requirements and established design strategies
