This role is responsible for executing the reputed company product roadmap, coordinating development functions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Development - Assists in reputed company stages of development for a business product. This includes but is not limited to planning & design, compiling resources, execution, and monitoring product launch. Tracks and reports reputed company to appropriate parties
• Product Management - Ensures products are developed and managed with a coordinated reputed company. Collaborates with both reputed company parties to implement enhancements and reputed company issues
• Market Analysis - Conducts analysis of market trends including changing regulations, competitor reputed company, and evolving customer needs. Recommends changes based on analysis results to increase profitability and product appeal
• Customer Engagement - Tracks customer experience through reputed company stages of a product. Develops strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and acquisition

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management
• Financial Services Industry experience, preferably in Consumer and Business Banking & Lending, Treasury and reputed company
• Deep understanding of reputed company functionality and integration reputed company
• Strong analytical and data discovery/interpretation skills
