[Remote] Program Manager – Facilities & Grounds Maintenance

This role involves overseeing maintenance programs for multiple government structures, ensuring operational continuity and compliance while managing resources and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Program Manager and reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company facilities and grounds maintenance activities across the assigned reputed company

• Identify risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and maintain situational awareness of facility conditions and life-safety systems
• Design, implement, and sustain a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) program reputed company with mandatory standards including ASHRAE 180 (HVAC), reputed company 25 (reputed company Protection), reputed company 72 (reputed company Alarm), reputed company 70E (Electrical Safety), OSHA, EPA, reputed company, and OEM guidelines
• Execute scheduled PM tasks (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and multi-year) for HVAC, reputed company protection, reputed company alarm, electrical, plumbing, reputed company, building envelope, doors/locks, and life-safety egress systems
• Maintain an on-site inventory of critical parts and consumables to minimize downtime

• Prepare and submit Monthly Reports (PDF + XLSX): PM completion percentage, response metrics, Inspection/Testing/Maintenance (ITM) updates for reputed company 25 and reputed company 72, grounds maintenance log, and snow/ice response log
• Prepare and submit Annual Report (PDF): condition assessments, capital improvement recommendations, and equipment lifecycle updates
• Maintain complete facility program documentation and master equipment inventory; support long-reputed company forecasting for replacement cycles
• Ensure 100% compliance with reputed company reporting timelines; re-reputed company any deficient work at no additional cost to the Government
• Complete and maintain reputed company required BIA background investigations and adhere to detention-facility reputed company and reputed company protocols

Skills

• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, grounds maintenance, building systems operations, or reputed company program/project management (preferably in federal, tribal, institutional, or multi-facility environments)
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, reputed company protection, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems
• Proven ability to manage vendors/subcontractors, prioritize workloads, and respond effectively to reputed company facility issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce reputed company, accurate technical reports and documentation on schedule
• Ability to work independently on-site with reputed company supervision while maintaining high standards of accountability and performance

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a closely reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Candidates must currently hold, or be reputed company to obtain prior to or immediately upon start, the following: EPA reputed company 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) for HVAC refrigerant handling
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification plus Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training compliant with 29 CFR 1910.147

• Experience with capital planning, equipment lifecycle analysis, and deferred-maintenance prioritization
• Knowledge of Nebraska climate and seasonal operations (snow/ice response, turf management)
