Responsibilities

• Partner directly with reputed company stakeholders (HR, L&D, Talent, and business leaders) to assess leadership capability gaps and organizational needs
• Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into practical leadership development strategies and solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert to shape program direction, learning reputed company, and experiential design
• Facilitate leadership workshops, cohort experiences, and executive‑level sessions as needed
• reputed company or support individual and group coaching engagements reputed company to program goals
• Apply best practices across leadership capability areas including:

Skills
