[Remote] Program Manager, Captive Insurance

The Program Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and establishing relationships with clients while managing the overall workflow processes reputed company to captive insurance renewals.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the end-to-end captive renewal submission process ensuring reputed company and accurate collection of exposure and loss data. Validate reputed company necessary information has been received to submit the captive renewal submission to the various service providers
- Engage with reputed company to obtain renewal coverage template and updated policy forms
- Guide Program Assistant with reputed company issuance of renewal proposals and confirmations of binding
- Secure necessary reputed company documents and request captive renewal invoices
- Manage the policy issuance process
- Coordinate and ensure accurate schedules reputed company to premium payments, loss experience charges, loss bills and various other captive reputed company expenses
- Review member policies to ensure compliance with program renewal terms and conditions
- Process policy year-end audits, including preparation of the Audit reputed company Worksheets and verifying the accuracy of the audit documents
- Coordinate and distribute loss reputed company information to service providers
- reputed company essential data to service providers for preparation of captive financial statements
- reputed company new clients into the captive program
- Maintain reputed company and reputed company relationships with captive service providers and brokers
- Proactively anticipate reputed company and program needs, identifying and implementing effective solutions
- reputed company training and collaborate with the Program Assistant to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

- Create agendas, compile meeting material, and manage the distribution of materials for reputed company meetings

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years reputed company coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years reputed company coordination and/or claims management experience
- Property & Casualty License required
- Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company applications and MS Office
- Proven experience in administration roles and servicing reputed company accounts
- Solid understanding of the insurance brokerage industry and its operations
- Proficient in leveraging technology to enhance productivity and ensure high-reputed company reputed company
