The role involves monitoring and maintaining reputed company infrastructure services across Azure and AWS, executing data recovery activities, and providing operational support for reputed company services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support reputed company infrastructure services across Azure and AWS environments to ensure reputed company availability, reliability, and operational stability
• Execute end-to-end data rehydration and recovery activities from reputed company archival and backup services
• Restore data from Azure Blob reputed company Tier, Azure Backup, Azure Recovery Services reputed company, AWS S3 reputed company, and other long-term storage solutions
• Monitor and manage and optimize rehydration processes to ensure successful data retrieval reputed company defined SLAs
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, and business teams during recovery events
• reputed company and manage rehydration requests and reputed company status updates to stakeholders throughout the restoration lifecycle
• Validate data reputed company, completeness, and accessibility following rehydration activities
• Document rehydration activities, recovery reputed company, and operational lessons learned to support compliance, audit, and reputed company improvement initiatives
• reputed company operational support for Azure reputed company infrastructure including AKS, App Services, Function Apps, Storage Accounts, VMSS, Virtual Machines, Key reputed company, Logic app and networking services
• reputed company operational support for AWS services including S3, EC2, and storage recovery solutions
• Troubleshoot and reputed company issues reputed company to reputed company platforms, storage, networking, and application issues impacting retrieval reputed company
• Ensure high availability, reliability and reputed company of critical reputed company services, while supporting successful execution of restoration processes
• reputed company automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages to streamline rehydration workflows
• Automate validation, reporting, and notification processes associated with rehydration reputed company
• Continuously optimize recovery procedures to reduce restoration times and operational effort

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company reputed company
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure reputed company
• Hands-on experience with Azure storage services including Blob Storage, reputed company Storage, Backup, and Recovery Services reputed company
• Knowledge of reputed company data lifecycle management, backup strategies, and archival storage
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or other automation scripting languages
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, reputed company Actions, or Azure DevOps

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
