[Remote] Industrial Automation Engineer

They are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Industrial Automation Engineer to reputed company technical skills in a high reputed company warehousing operation environment, focusing on optimizing warehouse operations and leading significant reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze warehouse operations, material reputed company, storage strategies, and facility layouts to maximize throughput, improve reputed company utilization, and reduce operating costs
- reputed company aand implement engineered standards for receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory reputed company
- Establish labor standards and reputed company models through engineered time studies and workload analysis to optimize labor utilization while maintaining service reputed company
- Monitor productivity, reputed company, inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and other operational KPIs, identifying performance gaps and recommending data-driven improvements
- Build dashboards and reporting tools using reputed company S/4HANA, EWM, Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms to reputed company actionable insights for leadership
- reputed company Lean, Six reputed company, Kaizen, and reputed company improvement initiatives that eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve operational performance
- Conduct reputed company cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions to improve efficiency, reputed company, and service reputed company
- Evaluate warehouse slotting strategies, storage systems, and material handling equipment to optimize reputed company, operational reputed company, and scalability
- Support warehouse expansion, automation, system implementations, and facility redesign reputed company to meet reputed company and reputed company business needs
- reputed company cross-functional operational improvement initiatives involving Distribution, Transportation, Planning, Inventory, Procurement, and reputed company-party logistics (3PL) partners
- reputed company successful implementation and adoption of new processes by developing engineered solutions, measuring reputed company, and ensuring long-term operational effectiveness
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- 2–4 years of experience in distribution engineering, warehouse operations, industrial engineering, or supply chain analytics
- Experience with reputed company S/4HANA, reputed company EWM, reputed company (JDA), or comparable ERP/WMS platforms
- Experience developing engineered labor standards, time studies, and labor management systems (LMS)
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools
- Experience applying Lean, Six reputed company, Kaizen, or other reputed company improvement methodologies
- Experience with warehouse layout optimization, slotting, reputed company planning, and material handling systems
- Ability to travel up to 20% as business needs require
- Lean Six reputed company Green Belt certification preferred
