[Remote] Recruiter - Skilled Trades

They are seeking a recruiter with prior high-volume experience to manage the full recruitment process for skilled trades roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and involves collaboration with account managers and leadership to meet reputed company reputed company needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, reputed company media, and networking
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand reputed company reputed company needs and reputed company tailored recruitment solutions
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a reputed company hiring experience
• Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent reputed company deadlines

Skills

• 2+ years reputed company skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with primarily reputed company reputed company, hospitality, reputed company, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds)
• Strong sourcing skills
• Proven ability to work reputed company under pressure reputed company addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company positions and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
• Bilingual a plus
