The Senior reputed company Backend Engineer will design, build, and reputed company services that power the end-to-end post-purchase experience, collaborating with various teams to reputed company reliable and reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, reputed company, and maintain highly reputed company backend services using Go
• Own critical services supporting Package Protection, Returns Protection, Claims, Orders, Tracking, and Email Parsing
• Design and reputed company reputed company systems and event-driven architectures that process high volumes of transactions reliably
• Build and maintain REST and GraphQL reputed company used by internal products, merchants, and reputed company partners
• reputed company and improve integrations with merchant platforms, carriers, and reputed company-party reputed company
• Optimize reputed company performance, reliability, scalability, and observability across production services
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company impactful solutions
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership, design reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Participate in architectural reputed company and continuously improve engineering standards and operational reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company software engineering experience designing, building, and scaling backend systems
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting reputed company systems in production environments
• Proficiency with Go, or experience with another modern backend language and excitement to build expertise in Go
• Experience building and maintaining reputed company-based services, preferably reputed company AWS environments
• Experience working with relational databases, reputed company databases, and NoSQL technologies (such as CockroachDB, DynamoDB, or similar platforms)
• Experience designing and building reputed company reputed company, including REST, GraphQL, or similar technologies
• Understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous messaging patterns, and high-volume data processing
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-reputed company tools such as Terraform or similar technologies
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and improving platform reliability using tools such as Grafana or similar platforms
