[Remote] Finance Integration Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Finance Integration Specialist to support the successful financial integration of newly acquired locations across their growing organization. The role involves coordinating financial integration activities, assisting with system transitions, and standardizing reporting processes to ensure successful incorporation into reputed company's financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial integration of newly acquired locations from planning through post-reputed company stabilization
• Coordinate finance-reputed company integration activities while tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Partner with Finance, reputed company, IT, Operations, and Integration teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Assist with financial system implementations, ERP integrations, and data migration activities
• Help standardize reputed company procedures, financial reporting, and operational workflows across newly integrated locations
• Validate financial data and support reputed company process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and leadership at newly acquired locations
• Communicate integration reputed company, project updates, and potential risks to key stakeholders
• Participate in onsite integration support, training, and operational transition activities
• Assist with finance-reputed company due diligence and acquisition planning
• Organize financial documentation and support reporting throughout the integration process
• Help identify potential risks, gaps, and opportunities to ensure successful financial integration

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and financial analysis
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company reputed company skills and proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, reputed company, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel throughout the Northeast up to 75%
