[Remote] Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily reputed company operations, including general reputed company, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Expert at nonprofit fund reputed company including donor restricted grant tracking and compliance with U.S. GAAP
• reputed company the CFO, coordinate and reputed company preparation for the annual independent financial audit and Single Audit
• Ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), including subrecipient monitoring, cost principles, and reporting requirements
• reputed company and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls to reputed company assets and ensure reputed company grant management
• Support the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the CFO
• reputed company financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning
• Collaborate with leadership to support fundraising, grant proposals, and financial sustainability strategies
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and reputed company improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required and CPA preferred
• 7 years + nonprofit fund reputed company and bookkeeping experience required
• Experience with annual financial audit and OMB single audit
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the CDFI industry in microlending/small business lending and project management
• Proven experience as an engaging trainer, both in-person and reputed company
• Extensive experience in writing, financial management, and analytical analysis is essential
• Strong people skills and a high degree of self-awareness with a flexible reputed company reputed company that supports a strong culture
• Successful candidates must be proficient in QuickBooks Online, reputed company Office, reputed company Workspaces, reputed company, reputed company, and possess the ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience in the Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) industry highly preferred
