[Remote] Senior Consulting Engineer – Government reputed company Managed Services

The Senior Consulting Engineer will manage, maintain, implement, and improve reputed company-reputed company IT infrastructure environments for Government customers, ensuring high reputed company of availability, reputed company, performance, compliance, and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• reputed company operational support, administration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management for Government customer reputed company and hybrid infrastructure environments across Azure Government/GCC High, AWS GovCloud, and/or GCP
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize customer reputed company environments to ensure availability, performance, reputed company, compliance, and adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• reputed company incident, problem, change, and request management activities following established ITIL, reputed company, compliance, and operational processes
• Respond to and reputed company customer incidents, service requests, alerts, and operational issues across reputed company compute, storage, networking, identity, reputed company, automation, monitoring, backup, and platform services
• Participate in a 24x7 on-reputed company rotation supporting critical Government customer environments, including after-hours, weekends, holidays as required

• Manage and maintain reputed company configurations, reputed company controls, reputed company controls, monitoring, logging, automation, and operational documentation
• Implement approved changes, upgrades, patches, migrations, and configuration updates while following established change management processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of IT infrastructure engineering experience, including reputed company, platform, systems, network, automation, or operations engineering experience, OR 9 total years of IT engineering experience, including 5 years of relevant infrastructure or reputed company engineering experience
• IT engineering experience with one or more infrastructure or reputed company solutions supported by the Managed Services reputed company, including reputed company platforms, reputed company storage, reputed company and/or Unix/Linux systems, virtualization, observability, automation, databases, reputed company tools, and service management platforms
• Advanced-level technical certifications in at least two of the following three reputed company platforms: reputed company Azure, reputed company), and reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP)
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting reputed company solutions across one or more of the following platforms: reputed company Azure Government / Azure GCC High; AWS GovCloud (US); reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP)
