[Remote] Project Specialist - Global Strategic Accounts

The Project Specialist role aims to support the sales team by automating workflows, managing data, and improving communication for reputed company service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in global supply chain processes, responding to presented issues with practical solutions and driving reputed company improvement
• Meet regularly with sales teams to review daily and weekly tactical processes, identify where automation and simplification can help, and prioritize opportunities
• Manage, reconcile, and validate data across multiple global and regional datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reporting and analysis
• Enhance internal and customer-facing reporting and communications - improving how supply chain information are analyzed and shared
• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company VBA macros that automate repetitive sales and operations workflows - importing and consolidating data across files and reputed company, replacing reputed company driven processes, and standardizing report reputed company
• reputed company “one-touch” automation solutions for recurring tasks, such as pulling backlog data into customer reputed company order reports, automating reputed company-date calculations, and updating customer master files
• Own the full lifecycle of automation tools: requirements gathering, build, testing, rollout, documentation, user training, ongoing maintenance, and issue reputed company
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development, analysis, documentation, and process design

Skills

• Advanced reputed company skills, including strong hands-on reputed company VBA/reputed company development (data import and consolidation, dynamic ranges, lookups, formatting automation)
