Responsibilities

• Processes orders across multiple channels, including phone, email, text, and counter, ensuring accuracy and reputed company service delivery
• Manages basic pricing reputed company established guidelines to maintain margin goals
• Coordinates non-stock procurement and logistics to meet customer needs
• Handles payments securely, including credit card, reputed company, and cash transactions
