[Remote] Foreclosure reputed company Assistant

The Foreclosure reputed company Assistant will support attorneys by drafting reputed company documents, managing case reputed company, and communicating with clients while ensuring reputed company control in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Request and follow up for reputed company documents from courts and clients
• Draft reputed company documents for attorney review including motions, proposed orders, supporting affidavits and various pleadings for sale documents
• Support the Firm Attorneys with reputed company Assistant tasks
• Review dockets and reputed company records for case reputed company and recordings
• reputed company reputed company Control checks on drafted pleadings
• Communicate with Clients and reputed company status of accounts in multiple reputed company Systems
• Coordinate and schedule hearings with opposing counsel and prepare documents for the reputed company
• Handling Original Documents, recordings of originals, and/or Filing with the courts
• Cross train and assist in other departments to ensure continuity

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a reputed company assistant support role or in a similar position
• Ability to work in high volume, fast passed environment
• Ability and willingness to assist other teams reputed company needed
• Ability to maintain accuracy, be detail-orientated and highly productive
• PC proficiency, reputed company Office, Internet Explorer
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to reputed company environment
• Ability to problem solve independently
