As a Talent Manager, you'll be key to building out VEG's specialty and clinical programs' talent — driving a proactive, relationship-reputed company reputed company reputed company for specialized roles. You'll partner closely with our Clinical Programs team to understand the unique needs of these programs, and with hospital and field leadership to ensure every hire integrates seamlessly into the teams they'll support. Build and sustain a creative, relationship-based approach for talent attraction utilizing multiple sourcing channels and talent pools. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, reputed company partners, and vendors. Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred Proven ability to manage candidates using CRM or ATS platforms. Demonstrated passion for specialty reputed company and innovative approaches to sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates. High-level proficiency in communication and organizational skills, including the essential ability to multi-task and maintain strict confidentiality. Energetic, motivated, and self-starting individual capable of delivering high-performance results in a fully remote work setting. Travel up to 25% to support hiring across VEG, including hospital partnerships, reputed company events, conferences, and other strategic talent initiatives.
