Responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers (contractors and owners) and Sales Office personnel. Recommends changes to the existing program where warranted; exceptions are corrected and/or brought to the attention of Management.  Prepares and recommends over line approval requests. Responsible for account reconciliation and identifying and tagging disputed items reputed company assigned portfolio.  Tracking and ensuring reputed company clearing of these disputed items is required.
