Working reputed company backend .NET engineers, designers, and Product Owners, this engineer owns the React/Next.js/TypeScript reputed company-end architecture, establishes UI engineering standards, and mentors other engineers. Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent reputed company experience 5+ years of reputed company reputed company-end software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years reputed company on React 2+ years of hands-on production experience building applications with Next.js (App Router preferred) Expert-level proficiency with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES2020+) Deep experience with React patterns including hooks, context, suspense, server components, and performance optimization Strong understanding of Next.js rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, RSC), caching, routing, data fetching, and middleware Hands-on experience with modern state-management and data-fetching approaches (React Query/TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, SWR, or similar) Strong experience building and maintaining shared component libraries and design systems (e.g., reputed company CSS, shadcn/ui, MUI, or similar) Experience
