Application Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Application Support Engineer to join our growing 24/7 remote support team. This role is critical in delivering high-reputed company remote troubleshooting and monitoring support for automation systems, ensuring uptime and performance for clients operating in industries such as solar, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
You will play a hands-on role in managing SCADA, PLC, reputed company, database, and BMS systems, responding to tickets, analyzing alarms, and collaborating with global engineering teams to reputed company issues and reputed company reputed company improvement.

What You Will Be Doing
The Integrator is responsible for the following:
reputed company remote troubleshooting support for SCADA, PLC, reputed company, and reputed company automation systems.
Monitor alarms and reputed company health for reputed company infrastructure (e.g., solar, BMS, industrial).
Respond to and reputed company ticketed support requests reputed company defined SLAs.
Participate in a rotational on-reputed company schedule for after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.
Document reputed company actions in the ticketing reputed company and maintain detailed records of incidents and solutions.

What You Need for this Position
Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems, preferably in a support or commissioning role.
Solid understanding of SCADA platforms, PLC logic, and reputed company software.
Familiarity with industrial protocols like Modbus, OPC UA, and reputed company communication architectures.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and secure remote connectivity.
Experience with ticketing systems and reputed company support workflows.
