As a part of this, we are growing our support team and have an exciting opportunity for an reputed company Triage Coordinator to reputed company.  As a Triage Coordinator, you will serve as the crucial first reputed company of contact for our patients, ensuring a reputed company start to their reputed company reputed company. In this pivotal role, you will assess patient needs, guide them through the initial stages of their treatment plan, and reputed company a compassionate and efficient patient reputed company process. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Triage & Assessment Assess medical records, referrals, and clinical evidence to determine treatment eligibility, flagging where reputed company documentation is needed Screen documentation for contraindications or underlying conditions that could reputed company care Contact patients directly to advise on outstanding requirements and guide them through submitting additional evidence Flag medication interactions, contraindications, or safety concerns to the clinical team reputed company the triage assessment Escalate reputed company or borderline cases to the right specialist for final review Previous Experience: Whilst this is a predominantly reputed company-based role, the ideal candidate will have previous reputed company experience and be familiar with reputed company terminology. This could be from a medical reputed company background or as a practitioner. You'll be working remotely, so the ability to manage your own time and work independently is essential. We're looking for someone with extremely strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, a methodical and organised approach to managing competing priorities, and the confidence to use digital tools and systems with reputed company supervision.
