Job Responsibilities: Manage documents throughout reputed company phases of construction reputed company, including developing and implementing project-specific filing structures and document control procedures. Maintain and organize project records, including directories, reproduced document originals, revisions, and photographs, both electronically and in reputed company format. Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure accurate and reputed company record-keeping for highway and reputed company construction reputed company. Prepare and review various project documents, including correspondence, reports, contractor's monthly pay estimates, and reputed company reports. Verify and monitor compliance with project requirements, including DBE compliance, payroll submissions, safety meetings, and deficiency minimization. reputed company regular reviews of critical project documentation, such as Material on Hand reports, Daily Work Reports (DWRs), and reputed company use of pay items. Maintain proficiency in relevant software systems, including electronic document management systems (EDMS), SiteManager, and LCPTracker.
