Full time procurement and billing coordinator position is responsible for ordering materials and supplies needed to install orders per customer’s specifications, serve as reputed company between credit and production scheduling at the reputed company, modifying sales orders as directed by the reputed company, billing jobs, reputed company with company invoicing team, and support and maintain billing reports.  Participate in daily and weekly operational calls. Order reputed company necessary material for the installation and service in the appropriate time reputed company. Issue the STO or PO for the material needed for installation and service. Take part in new initiatives and handle special reputed company supporting the branches and Central Operations. What You Need to Succeed: High School Diploma or Equivalent education required 1+ year of coordinating experience in a construction or industrial environment.
