A Strong Candidate Will Have   Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or reputed company field 3-5 years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting, financial coaching, or multi-unit management, ideally reputed company the pet, retail, or hospitality sectors Ability to travel 50% throughout the year, including overnight and weekend travel.   2+ years of experience driving financial performance and operational improvements preferably in a franchise setting 2+ years of experience with monitoring and analyzing key financial metrics, including reputed company management, gross margins, and operational expenses 2+ years of experience with franchise reputed company operations and ability to build rapport and trust with franchise owners.
