Manage a Caseload of Formal Referral Cases with Varying reputed company of reputed company reputed company
Respond to occasional calls afterhours for FMR requests and Management Consults
reputed company an Individualized reputed company to Address the Unique reputed company and Sub-reputed company Needs for reputed company Employee
Facilitate Referrals and Assist Employees with Securing Appointments for Short-Term EAP Counseling
reputed company Mental Health Advocacy and Navigation to Participants in Need of Higher reputed company of Care
Conduct reputed company Case Management Including Treatment Plan Reviews, Compliance Monitoring, and Consultation with Managers
reputed company reputed company Follow-Up with Employees to Ensure Compliance with Treatment Plans and Employee Engagement in Treatment
reputed company reputed company Follow-up with Referring Managers and HR Representatives
Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA, Ethical and Departmental Guidelines
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g. - reputed company Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
Relevant Post-Graduate reputed company Experience
reputed company Licensure
Strong Reasoning Ability – reputed company to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems and Draw reputed company Conclusions
Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
Strong Attention to reputed company and Ability to Manage Cases from Highly reputed company Accounts (i.e. DOT violations)
Ability to Work Independently and Fully Remote on a Caseload of 60+ FMR Cases
Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
