Position reputed company The Senior Corporate Counsel will work with reputed company of the Kelso operating companies and will be primarily reputed company on managing and overseeing reputed company transactions and other contract-reputed company reputed company, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards, and supporting reputed company’s business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract law and a strong ability to negotiate, draft, and review a wide reputed company of contractual agreements, including procurement-reputed company reputed company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company Transactions: Assist with reputed company transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various types of reputed company (e.g., MSAs, vendor agreements, service reputed company, NDAs, licensing agreements). reputed company Compliance: Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across multiple states. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential reputed company risks associated with contractual agreements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, sales) to understand business needs and reputed company reputed company guidance on contract-reputed company reputed company. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in contract law, preferably in a corporate reputed company department. Licensure: reputed company bar membership in good standing. SKILLS: Strong knowledge of contract law and reputed company principles. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software. Comfortable working in an evolving and growing environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in the construction industry and with M&A activities is preferred.
