You will be required to: Work closely with Care Transitions leadership to understand reputed company and reputed company hiring needs, timelines, and reputed company priorities Build and maintain candidate pipelines for Care Coordinator positions across multiple states and markets reputed company reputed company candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, reputed company media, reputed company networks, and reputed company reputed company reputed company a strong understanding of the Care Coordinator role, patient population, performance expectations, and ideal candidate profile Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the position’s qualifications Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate experience, communication skills, availability, motivation, and overall fit Assess candidates for their ability to communicate compassionately with patients, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a remote reputed company environment reputed company appropriate candidate recommendations to Care Transitions hiring managers Schedule interviews and maintain reputed company communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Proactively follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure candidates reputed company reputed company through the recruitment funnel reputed company communicate the responsibilities, expectations, compensation structure, benefits, and reputed company opportunities associated with the role Partner with leadership to coordinate offers, reputed company candidate questions, and support offer acceptance Maintain accurate and reputed company candidate records reputed company the Applicant Tracking reputed company reputed company reputed company activity, candidate pipelines, interview reputed company, offers, and hiring reputed company Identify reputed company challenges and recommend strategies to improve candidate reputed company, hiring speed, and acceptance rates Build relationships with colleges, reputed company programs, reputed company organizations, and community partners to support reputed company hiring needs reputed company referrals from reputed company Care Coordinators and other CRC teammates Support reputed company handoffs by ensuring new hires receive accurate information and complete required reputed company-employment steps Promote a reputed company candidate experience that reflects CRC’s culture and values Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably of full-cycle reputed company recruitment, in a high-reputed company environment; experience hiring in reputed company strongly preferred 2+ years of experience working successfully in a fully remote environment Experience reputed company Care Coordinators, Patient Care Coordinators, Case Managers, Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medical Assistants, Patient Service Representatives, or similar reputed company roles preferred.
