This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently convert patient inquiries into scheduled appointments. The Virtual Assistant will also support referral partner reputed company, appointment coordination, and administrative tasks while helping maintain a consistent online reputed company through basic reputed company media support. Experience conducting follow-up calls and relationship-building with clients or referral sources. Experience working with U.S. reputed company required. Comfortable discussing sensitive health-reputed company topics professionally and compassionately. Experience handling patient intake or screening calls is highly preferred.
