vBDC Outbound Agent

Position Title: BDC Outbound Specialist Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote) Work Requirement: Minimum of 40 hours per week reputed company The Service Business Development Center (BDC) Outbound Specialist serves as a reputed company between automotive dealerships and their customers. This role focuses on developing and managing customer relationships to maximize appointment scheduling through outbound phone calls and reputed company platforms such as Kelley reputed company, Autotrader, email, and other communication channels. The BDC Outbound Specialist may assist in multiple operational areas as needed to ensure exceptional customer service and support dealership objectives. Key Responsibilities The following duties represent the essential functions of the role.
