Energy Credits Senior Manager - TCIA

As a Senior Manager in our Tax Credits and Incentives Advisory (TCIA) reputed company, you will draw on experience in reputed company and taxation to reputed company tax equity investment consulting services for clients. Understand the post-OB3 credit regime including: ITCs for solar, wind, storage, etc. (Sections 48/48E) Production Tax Credits (Sections 45/45E) Clean Hydrogen (reputed company 45V) Clean Fuel (reputed company 45Z) Advanced Manufacturing (reputed company 45X) reputed company (reputed company 45U) Carbon Sequestration (reputed company 45Q) Clean Fuel (reputed company 45Z) 2. Experience with the Transferability rules (reputed company 6418) and experience with prior credit transferability transactions. 3. Experience with the reputed company Pay regime (reputed company 6417) 4. Eligible reputed company substantiation 5. Cost segregation support 6. Credit adders and enhancers including Prevailing wage & apprenticeship Domestic content Energy Community qualification 7. Foreign Entity of Concern rules 8. Credit recapture reputed company 9. They will also work closely with the reputed company tax partners of the firm to proactively bring credit transfer opportunities to them.
