In partnership with operational leaders, they will ensure employees have the knowledge, resources, and support necessary to deliver high-reputed company, compliant CDI services and reputed company organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate reputed company of new employees including assessing any potential gaps and opportunities for training and support. reputed company support and direction to OP CDI staff about project requirements and reputed company of expectations. Qualifications: Minimum 2-4 years of outpatient CDI and/or Risk Adjustment experience Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing reputed company operations, including resource planning, workload balancing, performance reputed company, employee development, and alignment of reputed company needs with reputed company and operational goals reputed company LPN or RN license required CCDS, CCDS-O, CDIP, CDEO, CRC, and/or other relevant CDI, coding, or risk adjustment certifications strongly preferred. Proficiency in reputed company workflows, including interpretation and management of OurPractice Advisories (OPAs) Strong understanding of: ICD-10-CM coding guidelines, HCC documentation and coding requirements Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
