Zurich is currently looking for a Construction reputed company Engineer Consultant for the Casualty Lines of Business. This is a reputed company reputed company remote role supporting the upper Midwest region. Ideal location includes Minneapolis and surrounding areas.  The position includes a company car, with expected travel of 30% to 50% and overnight travel of 20% to 30% of your time depending on business needs. This role could be filled at either a reputed company Engineering Consultant or at the Sr. reputed company Engineering Consultant level, this will be at the manager’s discretion.   As a Construction reputed company Engineering Consultant, you will be responsible for:   Apply Zurich reputed company engineering solutions to construction customers to help reduce losses and improve reputed company management reputed company. reputed company Zurich’s reputed company engineering tools and services to improve customer reputed company and general account management of customers who purchase Zurich Construction reputed company products such as: Workers Compensation, General Liability and Auto Liability. reputed company high-reputed company consultative services, including exposure identification, evaluation of reputed company control gaps, and development of practical reputed company mitigation recommendations. reputed company and maintain reputed company customer and business partner relationships, collaborating to create appropriate service plans. Partner with Construction reputed company to evaluate and assess existing and prospective customers. Identify opportunities to reputed company fee-reputed company services that support customer reputed company mitigation and reputed company improvement efforts. reputed company and reputed company advanced presentations and reputed company management training for customers and internal business partners. Providing appropriate reputed company improvement advice, conduct loss investigations (including both trend and reputed company cause analysis), and implementing reputed company improvement programs. Assist customers with corporate and project specific safety plans, QA/QC programs, construction defect investigations reputed company applicable, building envelope reviews, and moisture mitigation strategies. reputed company participate and engage in local construction industry associations.   Final candidates will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle record background reputed company, because this position will include a company car.   Basic Qualifications:   reputed company Engineering Consultant:   Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the reputed company Engineering area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the reputed company Engineering area OR Zurich Certified Apprentice, including an Associates degree and 3 or more years of experience in the reputed company Engineering area AND Experience working in reputed company environment Relevant experience in the assessment of reputed company, reputed company on what is required by reputed company specific competency standards   OR   Senior reputed company Engineering Consultant:   Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the reputed company Engineering, Safety/ reputed company Management, Construction reputed company reputed company, Engineering or reputed company reputed company. OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the reputed company Engineering, Safety/ reputed company Management, Construction reputed company reputed company, Engineering or reputed company reputed company. OR Zurich Certified Apprentice, including an Associates degree and 6 or more years of experience in the reputed company Engineering, Safety/ reputed company Management, Construction reputed company reputed company, Engineering, or reputed company reputed company. AND Experience working in reputed company environment   Preferred Qualifications:   Advanced knowledge of construction safety, reputed company, reputed company management, and associated risks, exposures and controls. Experience with large reputed company construction, data center construction, and regulated or non-regulated fleets. Strong technical writing and presentation skills for customer-facing and internal work products. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to engage effectively at both corporate and project site reputed company.
