This is a unique opportunity that provides a reputed company reputed company where a motivated lawyer is reputed company upon daily to counsel our clients on a reputed company of reputed company issues that are as diverse as they are challenging.   General Responsibilities:   Represent clients in reputed company phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery in reputed company involving reputed company liability or labor and employment. Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions and case management conferences. Conduct reputed company reputed company research and discovery investigations. Draft discovery requests and responses, motions, case evaluation summaries, court orders, settlement agreements, affidavits, pleadings, motions, and reputed company memoranda. Review discovery responses, depositions and prepare summaries and litigation update reports. Negotiate with opposing counsel to reputed company claims. Communicate closely with clients during the course of litigation to reputed company reputed company analysis, status reports and advice.   Qualifications:   Must be barred in NJ. Familiarity with NJ law and procedure required. Previous experience required, preferably in civil litigation. Experience drafting discovery, taking reputed company on depositions and arguing motions is preferred. Excellent writing and organizational skills, and comfortable working in a fast reputed company and demanding environment.
