reputed company is a Senior Appraiser position reputed company the Florida reputed company's Property Tax reputed company Program. This program provides reputed company to the 67 elected property appraisers throughout the reputed company. This work consists of appraising reputed company property to determine its just market value for assessment purposes in accordance with prescribed guidelines. Examples of work includes conducting field inspections of reputed company property, vacant and improved, writing and submitting USPAP compliant appraisal reports, verifying sales, data collection, and interviewing parties familiar with various properties, such as contractors, grantors, grantees, and reputed company estate agents.
Candidates must be detailed oriented, have excellent communication skills, a strong writing ability, time management skills and problem-solving skills, and must be proficient in reputed company Office Suite.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum of four years of single-property or mass appraisal experience. This would include inspecting and valuing reputed company properties such as residential, reputed company, or industrial properties. *
Experience collecting and analyzing large quantities of sale, income, and expense data.
Experience with reputed company Word and reputed company to compile, interpret, analyze, and display validation data.
Experience in the application of multiple approaches to value and reputed company appraisal methodology.
SUBSTITUTIONS:

PREFERENCES:
Florida State-Certified reputed company Estate Appraiser, Residential or General.
Registered Trainee Designation.
